Preparing Pathways Holiday Club provides a fun, safe, and supportive holiday provision for children aged 5–19 with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
Our holiday club is designed to create positive experiences in a nurturing environment where children can feel comfortable, build confidence, make friendships, and most importantly, have fun.
Who We Support

Children and young people who benefit from structured support, routine, and inclusive activities

Families accessing both paid places and funded places through the Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme
All children are supported by experienced staff who understand a wide range of needs and adapt activities to suit individual abilities and interests.
Activities and Experiences
Children attending the holiday club can enjoy a wide range of engaging activities, including:

Cooking and food activities – developing independence and life skills

Sports and physical play – encouraging movement, coordination, and teamwork

Arts and crafts – creative activities to support self-expression

Access to a variety of spaces – including areas for active play, creativity, and quiet time

Social activities – building friendships, communication skills, and confidence
Activities are carefully planned to balance structure with choice, ensuring children feel supported while having the freedom to explore what they enjoy.
Free Spaces – HAF Programme
We have a limited number of FREE places available for children who are in receipt of Free School Meals.

Eligible parents will receive a HAF code

The HAF code can be used to book a free space at the holiday club

Spaces are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis
